Terms of Service

By accessing and using NexTrip ("we," "our," or "the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NEX PRO TRAVELS LIMITED, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

NexTrip is a travel meta search engine that aggregates and displays travel options from multiple third-party providers, including airlines, online travel agencies (OTAs), and booking platforms.

Our Service provides:

• Search and comparison tools for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services
• Price aggregation from multiple providers
• Redirection to third-party booking platforms
• Travel guides, tips, and informational content

NexTrip operates as an affiliate marketing platform. We partner with travel providers and affiliate networks (including but not limited to Travelpayouts) to earn commissions when users complete bookings through our referral links.

By using NexTrip, you acknowledge and consent to this affiliate business model.

• Pricing accuracy — Prices displayed on NexTrip are provided by third-party suppliers and may change without notice. Final prices are determined by the booking platform.
• Availability — Travel options shown in search results may become unavailable between the time of search and booking completion.
• Booking errors — Any issues with bookings, payments, or reservations must be resolved directly with the third-party provider.
• Flight cancellations or delays — NexTrip has no control over airline operations. Contact the airline or booking platform directly for assistance.
• Service quality — We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party suppliers.
• Refunds and cancellations — All refund and cancellation policies are set by the third-party provider. NexTrip does not process refunds.
• Travel documentation — You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.

Your contract is with the third-party supplier, not with NexTrip. By clicking through to a booking platform, you agree to that platform's terms and conditions.

All content on NexTrip, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements, is the property of NEX PRO TRAVELS LIMITED or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Service without express written permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from NexTrip
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

You agree to use NexTrip only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, servers, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate search results or affiliate tracking

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

NexTrip makes no warranties or representations about:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of search results, prices, or availability information
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• The quality, safety, or legality of third-party travel services
• The security of data transmission over the internet

You use the Service at your own risk. NexTrip disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEX PRO TRAVELS LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

This includes but is not limited to damages resulting from:

• Errors or inaccuracies in search results or pricing information
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information
• Interruption or cessation of the Service
• Bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Actions or omissions of third-party travel providers
• Any booking issues, cancellations, or travel disruptions

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to NexTrip in the 12 months prior to the claim (which, in most cases, will be zero, as our Service is free to use).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NEX PRO TRAVELS LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your bookings or interactions with third-party travel providers

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at contact@nexpro.travel to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
